The most recent renovation project in Charlotte's NorthEnd is complete! Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International represented Data Communications Inc. (DCI) in the purchase of 1600 and 1604 N. Graham Street in 2016. DCI purchased the 5,000-square-foot property to expand and relocate its Charlotte operations center. We love seeing these properties being renovated and revitalized.
