Lester Osborn, CCIM, SIOR recently represented Conklin Metal Industries in the lease of 38,010 SF at the Distribution Point industrial facility in North Charlotte. The facility is located at 2111 Distribution Center Drive, Charlotte, NC 28269.
This transaction was part of a referral from Dan Granot, SIOR with Joel & Granot Real Estate/CORFAC International in Atlanta, GA.
Back in March, Lester E. Osborn, CCIM, SIOR and A. Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International had the pleasure of representing the seller of 527 Atando, a 104,000-square-foot industrial facility. This time, the owner of the property called upon Lester and Scott to lease Suite B of the property, which includes approximately 32,000 square feet. In this transaction, Scott represented the landlord and Lester represented the tenant.
